A multi-purpose, historical space above the Friction taproom with a soaring barrel-roof ceiling, bar and bathrooms. Perfect for celebrations, birthdays, business meetings and retreats, watch parties, vendor markets, fundraisers and every other kind of happy get-together.

Space rental:

Sunday - Thursday, $150hr (2hr minimum). Half day (four hours), $600.Full Day (eight hours), $1200.

Friday - Saturday, half day (four hours), $1000.Full Day (eight hours), $2000.
