Space rental:
Sunday - Thursday, $200hr (2hr minimum). Half day (four hours), $700. Full Day (eight hours), $1200.
Friday - Saturday, half day (four hours), $1250. Full Day (eight hours), $2500.
Bar minimums:
Sunday - Thursday, $150 bar minimum (per hour) + $150 bartender fee. If more than 40 guests add an additional $150 bartender fee.
Friday - Saturday, $800 bar minimum (half day) + $150 bartender fee. If more than 40 guests add an additional $200 bartender fee.
Drinks:
For private events, we have four of our beers on tap (your choice) and our standard offerings available for you. We offer non-alcoholic beers and cocktails as well as Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and sparkling water. We can also curate specific requests for other options with advanced notice (specialty wines and liquor, crafted batch cocktails, etc). We cannot allow guests to bring in any outside alcohol.
Food:
We have a list of preferred caterers and their menus available upon request. You are also able to bring outside food, but we ask that we are able to collaborate with you to ensure we have adequate space and facilities as we do not have a kitchen.
We realize every event is unique and we’re here to tailor everything to your specific needs for food, drink and the space itself. We can create custom packages, if needed.
